Private Sessions
One Hour. Built for You.
I offer private and semi-private 1-hour training sessions—available in-home or at my studio—and each session is customized to your goals and fitness level.
Workouts include:
Dynamic warm-up (mobility + stretching)
Strength training tailored to you
Cardio (machine-based or short burst intervals)
7-minute assisted stretch to finish
For best results, I recommend training 2–3 times per week. I also can create customized plans for the days we’re not training together.
Cancellation policy: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged, so I can keep scheduling fair and efficient for everyone.
